Shake bottle before use:

• Adults and children 12 years and over: 15 ml before bed time and every 8 hours as required (max 3 times a day)
• Children 3 - 11 years: 10 ml before bed time and every 8 hours as required (max 3 times a day)

Do not use this dietary supplement:

• In children under 3 years
• If seal is broken
• If past the expiry date

• This product contains sorbitol which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Each 10 ml contains:

• Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) 333 mg equivalent to Althaea officinalis dry root
• Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) 100 mg (equivalent to Chamomile dry flower powder 2 g)
• Other ingredients: purified water, sorbitol solution, glycerol, potassium citrate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, flavours, anti-foaming agent, thickening agent
