Shake bottle before use:

• Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml every 8 hours as required (maximum 3 times a day)
• Children 6 - 11 years: 5 ml every 8 hours as required (maximum 3 times a day)

Do not use this dietary supplement:

• In children under 6 years
• If seal is broken
• If past the expiry date

Each 10 ml contains:

• Hedera helix 45 mg: equivalent to Hedera Helix dry leaf 281 mg
• Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) 333 mg: equivalent to Althaea officinalis dry root 1 g
• Zinc gluconate (anhydrous) 8.13 mg equivalent to 1.17 mg zinc
• Other ingredients: Citric acid, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, potassium sorbate, sodium bezoate, sorbitol solution, potassium citrate, maltoclextrin, colloidal anhydrous and flavours
