What is flo saline plus? Flo saline plus is an isotonic saline solution with minerals. It is not medicated or habit forming and can be used with other medications.

When to use and how it works:

• Colds, flu and sinusitis: Helps improve breathing by thinning and washing away excess mucus. Helps relieve nasal symptoms including a blocked or runny nose.
