DIRECTIONS:

Take one soft gel sheet, remove transparent film and firmly affix the cooling gel surface to desired body part.
Cut the Kool n Soothe gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary
Dotes not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin
Single use only. Reapplication will cause the gel to become less adhesive
To keep the unused sheet fresh, tightly fold pouch twice along the dotted line after opening.
