Complan is a tasty way to get your daily nutrition boost! Ideally, we eat a balanced diet with a variety of nutricious foods, but sometimes we need extra nutrients, or we're just not eating as well as we should be. As part of a healthy varied diet and prepared as directed, one glass of Complan will supply essentail vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C, Iron & Iodine for wellbeing, Calcium & Vitamin D for Bone health, Zinc & Selenium for immune Support. Just mix the Complan Vanilla flavoured powder with water for a delicious drink. For a creamier drink prepare with milk.

Standard serving: 6 scoops of Complan (55 grams) - scoop enclosed, and 200ml of water or milk.
